Where we ship

UK only at the moment — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses on request — email us first.

International shipping is on the roadmap; if you're outside the UK and want a print, drop a line to [email protected] and we'll work something out.

Timings

Five to nine working days, door to door. Breaking that down:

• Day 0 — you order. We log it.
• Days 1–2 — we print and quality-check.
• Days 3–9 — Royal Mail or DPD tracked, depending on size.

You'll get an email with the tracking link the moment your print leaves the press. If it's not in your hands by working day 9, email us and we'll chase it.

Rates

Live rates are calculated by our print partner at checkout — these are typical figures. Postcodes outside mainland UK (e.g. AB30+, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, JE, GY) may carry a small surcharge automatically applied.

Packaging

Each print ships flat in a kraft cardboard tube, FSC-certified, 100% recyclable. Inside: tissue paper around the print, a kraft parcel tag printed with your boat name, and an information slip with reframing and care notes. No plastic, no foam.

Wrong address?

If you've made a typo and the order hasn't shipped yet, email [email protected] with your order reference. We can usually update the address up to 24h before dispatch. After dispatch we can ask the carrier to redirect for a small fee.

Lost or damaged in transit

Rare, but it happens. Email us a photo of the damaged tube/print within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no cost. See /returns/.
